Team Member - Afternoons/Closing Shift
About The Position
The Team Member works the afternoons and closing shift, helping maintain a welcoming, energetic environment and excellent service through the end of the day. The role includes creating a positive guest experience, preparing food and beverages to company standards, keeping work areas clean, and completing closing procedures. The employer is The Salema Group, a family business that operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast area of New Hampshire and Maine. This position is with a Dunkin’ franchisee; the franchisee is the employer and independently sets its wage and benefit programs. Full-time pay is up to $16.00 per hour plus tips.
