About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. They help ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a people-first environment focused on hospitality, teamwork, development, and opportunities to grow. The role offers flexible schedules for full- and part-time roles, with shifts that may be four or eight hours and availability needed on weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older (18 or older in California).
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
- Availability for four-hour or eight-hour shifts, day shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver menu items with a smile.
