About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. They ensure each item is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a people-first environment focused on hospitality, development, diversity, and inclusion, with opportunities to grow and advance. The role offers day-shift availability, with 4-hour and 8-hour shifts and possible weekday and weekend availability.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older; 18 or older in California.
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver menu items with a smile.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
