About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu items. They ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe, clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a fun, casual, people-focused setting and may have opportunities to develop skills, grow their careers, and advance within the company. JRI Hospitality owns and operates more than 80 restaurants in 11 states, including Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and continues to open new locations.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Cook each item to perfection while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver food with a smile.
