About The Position

The Team Member works afternoons and closing shifts at a Dunkin’ franchise operated by The Salema Group. The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience for guests, serving them with a friendly and positive attitude, and preparing food and drinks accurately. Team members also maintain store cleanliness and organization and complete closing duties and end-of-day tasks.

This role is employed by the franchisee, which independently sets its wage and benefit programs.
