About The Position

Life Alive is hiring cooks, dishwashers, cashiers, baristas, and runners. Team members are expected to communicate engagingly, know and be passionate about the menu, collaborate with coworkers, focus on guest service, and embody Life Alive’s values and mission. The role involves preparing recipes to standard, stocking and preparing stations, communicating product needs to back-of-house staff and managers on duty, keeping stations clean and organized, accommodating guest requests and modifications, and maintaining ingredient quality and food-preparation standards. Team members work toward a ticket-time goal of six minutes or less. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to reach and grasp overhead, lift and carry items weighing 50 or more pounds, and stand for eight or more hours a day.
