About The Position

Life Alive is hiring team members for Cook, Dishwasher, Cashier, Barista, and Runner roles. Team members should have engaging communication skills, genuine passion for and knowledge of the menu, a willingness to assist and collaborate with the team, a strong focus on guest service, and alignment with Life Alive’s values and mission.

The role involves preparing recipes according to standard procedures, stocking and preparing service stations, communicating product needs to back-of-house staff and managers on duty, maintaining station cleanliness and organization, accommodating guest requests and modifications, ensuring ingredient quality and consistent food preparation, and meeting a ticket-time goal of six minutes or less. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and handling the physical demands listed in the posting.
