About The Position

Life Alive is hiring team members, including cooks, dish staff, cashiers, baristas, and runners. Team members prepare menu items according to standard procedures, prepare and stock stations for service, and maintain clean, organized workstations. They communicate product needs to back-of-house staff and managers-on-duty, accommodate guest-specific requests, and ensure high-quality ingredients and consistent food preparation. The role has a ticket-time goal of six minutes or less.

Successful team members have engaging communication skills, knowledge of and passion for the menu, a collaborative approach, a strong focus on guest service, and alignment with Life Alive’s mission and values. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment and requires standing for eight or more hours per day, reaching and grasping overhead, and lifting and carrying items weighing more than 50 pounds.
