About The Position

At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. They ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a fun, casual, people-focused setting and have opportunities to develop, grow, and advance within the company.

JRI Hospitality owns and operates more than 80 restaurants in 11 states, including Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and continues to open new locations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 or older in California).
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide hospitality and guest service.
• Take guest orders.
• Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
• Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
• Deliver food with a smile.
