About The Position

Kids on the Move (KOTM) is seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Evening Staff Team Member to oversee evening and weekend events, support volunteers, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children, families, and community members. The role helps maintain smooth program operations, provide building security, and ensure events run efficiently. The position averages 10–15 hours per month, with varying weekly hours and occasional Saturday mornings. The hourly rate is $12.73.

• Oversee program-specific evening and weekend events that require volunteer support.

• Support the operational needs of various programs and help ensure events run smoothly.
• Adapt to fluctuating weekly hours and occasional Saturday mornings.
