About The Position

JRI Hospitality is hiring Restaurant Team Members at its Freddy’s locations. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, and ensure food is cooked to perfection and served in a safe, clean environment with a smile. The role is part of a people-first team focused on hospitality, guest service, and employee development. JRI Hospitality owns and operates more than 80 restaurants across 11 states.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; at least 18 years old in California.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide hospitality and guest service.
• Take guest orders.
• Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
• Ensure items are cooked to perfection and delivered with a smile.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Contribute to dependable, detail-oriented, initiative-taking teamwork.
