About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. They ensure items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. The role is part of a team focused on freshly prepared, made-to-order food and exceptional hospitality. JRI Hospitality develops Team Members in an environment that supports growth and celebrates diversity and inclusion. The company owns and operates more than 80 restaurants in 11 states, including Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and continues to open locations across the country. The position offers shift options including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, evening shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekend availability. Flexible schedules are available for full- and part-time roles.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old; applicants must be 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
