About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu items. They help ensure food is cooked to perfection and served in a safe, clean environment with a smile. Team Members work in a fun, guest-focused setting and may develop their skills and pursue opportunities to grow within the company. The company describes a casual workplace with a company-supplied shirt and hat as part of the uniform. JRI Hospitality owns and operates more than 80 restaurants across 11 states, including Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old, or 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Help ensure menu items are cooked to perfection and served in a safe, clean environment.
