About The Position

Regal Team Members help create a memorable theatre experience by welcoming and assisting guests, serving concessions, and keeping the theatre clean and ready. The role supports guests throughout their visit and helps maintain a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment. Team Members may work across multiple areas of the theatre and assist with daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy workplace. Regal provides training and certification programs, and no prior experience is required.

No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide a positive experience, and answer questions throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
