About The Position

FINFROCK is seeking a military veteran to work in various areas of its precast concrete manufacturing facility. Military experience is valued, and prior experience is not required because paid training and advancement opportunities are provided. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed in roles at different levels based on their experience. The position offers challenging work, professional growth, and the opportunity to see the results of the work being built.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with concrete.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb onto trailers and work at heights.
• Ability to read or learn to read instructions on a tablet.
• Ability to reliably follow directions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, pouring, and finishing of prestressed concrete products.
• Handle concrete, rebar, cables, and other production materials.
• Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement components as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform basic labor duties, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials.
• Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has set.
• Follow FINFROCK safety standards and use the personal protective equipment required for the work area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
