About The Position

FINFROCK is seeking a Team Member, with military veterans’ experience valued. Prior experience is not required because paid training and advancement opportunities are provided; candidates with experience may be placed in roles at different levels based on their background. The position works in various areas of a precast concrete manufacturing facility and supports the production of prestressed concrete products. It is full-time, with hours that may vary from the usual 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Depending on the work area and production needs, shifts may begin early in the morning or at night and may include overtime or weekend work.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with concrete.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb onto trailers and work at heights.
• Ability to read or learn to read instructions on a tablet.
• Ability to follow directions reliably.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, pouring, and finishing prestressed concrete products.
• Handle concrete, rebar, cables, and other materials used in production.
• Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement components as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform basic labor, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials.
• Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has set.
• Follow FINFROCK safety standards and use the personal protective equipment required for the work area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
