About The Position
Launch Entertainment in Westboro is seeking Team Members for roles including Attraction Monitors, Guest Services, Krave Café, and Party Hosts. Team Members help create safe, exciting, and memorable guest experiences by welcoming visitors, maintaining safe attractions, assisting with birthday parties, and supporting the café. The work is fast-paced and active, with a focus on teamwork and customer service. Employees may have opportunities to learn different roles across the park.
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy interacting with children, families, and groups.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willing to learn new tasks and take direction from leadership.

- Experience in food service, retail, or hosting events is helpful but not required.
