Attraction Monitors - Launch Entertainment Woburn
About The Position
Launch Family Entertainment in Woburn is hiring Attraction Monitors to run the jump areas, help keep activities safe, and provide guests with a positive experience. The position pays $15.25–$17.00 per hour, based on experience, and offers a flexible part-time schedule. Interviews are happening now. Attraction Monitors greet guests, explain rules for each jump area, check wristbands and footwear, monitor jumpers and session time limits, and manage transitions between sessions. They complete safety checklists and inspect equipment, keep designated guest areas clean and organized, respond to injuries by paging a supervisor and assisting guests as needed, carry a first aid kit and radio, complete opening and closing checklists, and report guest concerns to a supervisor. The role requires reliability, punctuality, friendly communication, confidence interacting with children and parents, and the ability to follow a set schedule. Candidates must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods. Responsibilities
- Greet guests, explain rules for each jump area, and check wristbands, footwear, and safety compliance.
- Monitor jumpers and time limits, and manage transitions between sessions.
- Complete safety checklists and inspect pads, nets, springs, and equipment.
- Keep jump areas, locker rooms, and cafe seating clean and organized.
- Respond to injuries by paging a supervisor and assisting guests as needed.
- Carry a first aid kit and radio, and complete opening and closing checklists.
- Report guest concerns or issues to a supervisor.
