About The Position

Launch Family Entertainment in Woburn is hiring Birthday Party Hosts to create a memorable party experience for children. The role involves welcoming guests, explaining trampoline safety procedures, coordinating activities and party details, serving food and beverages, and keeping parties on schedule. Hosts also promote add-ons and merchandise, process payments, complete opening and closing duties, and communicate any shortages or concerns to management. The position is part-time with a flexible schedule and pays $15.25–$17.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests and assist them with waivers, wristbands, and footwear.
• Review trampoline safety rules with guests before playtime.
• Coordinate private dodgeball games with court monitors.
• Set up and reset party tables.
• Keep the party on schedule, including food, cake, and games.
• Serve food and beverages, coordinate mascot photos, and ensure all package details are covered.
• Promote party add-ons and merchandise, and handle payments accurately.
• Send the birthday child a thank-you note after the party.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Flag shortages or concerns to management.
