Team Member - Afternoons/Closing Shift
About The Position
Join the closing team at a Dunkin’ franchise operated by The Salema Group and help provide welcoming, reliable service to guests later in the day. Team members prepare drinks, sandwiches, and bakery items to company standards; maintain clean dining, preparation, and equipment areas; and assist with end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures. The role calls for a positive, collaborative attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. The Salema Group is a local family business that operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast region of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. This position is with the franchisee, which is the employee’s sole employer and independently sets its wage and benefit programs.
