About The Position

The Salema Group is hiring Crew Members for its franchisee-operated Dunkin’ locations. Team Members help create a positive customer experience by serving guests, preparing coffee and food, maintaining a clean store, and collaborating with coworkers. Full-time positions start at $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus tips; part-time positions start at $12.50–$14.00 per hour plus tips. Full- and part-time schedules are available, with flexible scheduling. The ability to work overnights and/or early mornings is a plus but is not required. Applicants should provide their weekly availability. The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. The position is employed by the franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates.
