Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and drink orders while meeting quality standards.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and promotions.
• Ensure the restaurant operates according to brand and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
• Greet guests and exceed their expectations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture and champion Team Lyders’ core values.
• Take inventory and restock products as needed.
• Use cash registers, wash dishes, and operate kitchen equipment.
• Help keep restaurant operations running smoothly during high-volume periods.
