About The Position

Auntie Anne’s Team Members help create moments of joy through freshly baked products and memorable guest experiences. The role involves preparing, baking, and serving products to brand standards, providing friendly and accurate service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work area. Team Members are expected to be dependable, punctual, professional, and collaborative, and to follow company procedures and support store goals. The position offers flexible scheduling of 20 to 40 hours per week in a fun, fast-paced environment. The listed pay range is $15.00–$16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated punctuality and readiness to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift.
• Ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts and proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies.
• Strong work ethic and a dependable, accountable, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently.
• TB clearance required if applicable by location.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift.
• Comfort working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.
• Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Honesty, accountability, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout each shift.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of each scheduled shift.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow call-out and scheduling procedures.
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to arrive on time.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with attention to detail.
• Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect.
• Taste-test products as part of quality control processes.
