About The Position

Lovisa is seeking a fashion-focused Store Manager to lead a high-energy team at its Rockaway Townsquare location. The role is responsible for developing the team, delivering sales results, and creating a vibrant, customer-focused store environment. The manager leads day-to-day operations, supports strong stock management and presentation, and maintains visual merchandising that showcases current jewellery trends. The Store Manager coaches and trains team members, motivates them to achieve sales targets and KPIs, and champions Lovisa’s 10 + 1 Culture Commitments. Lovisa describes its environment as fun, collaborative, and supportive, and provides hands-on training in retail, customer service, and ear and body piercing.
