About The Position

As a Retail Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining merchandise and the sales floor, and working with teammates toward sales and productivity goals. Requirements

At least 16 years old.
Enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service.
Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with others.
Comfortable operating a cash register and handling money.
Able to stay active and stand throughout the day.
Comfortable lifting merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Help shoppers find merchandise throughout the store.
Operate the cash register and accurately handle customer transactions.
Stock, organize, and display merchandise on the sales floor.
Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
