About The Position

The FAST Team Member works primarily in a single store as part of the Field Activity Support Team, executing variable tasks from start to finish. These tasks include planograms, signage, price changes, and support for merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role interacts with customers and team members and provides legendary customer service. Team Members must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, and may perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately, regardless of education level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed, with the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.
• Able to successfully complete all required training.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers using strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work scheduled shifts based on business needs.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues, and offer solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time; maintain visual merchandise standards; perform project-related measurements; and complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Prioritize customers and provide legendary service using GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers’ needs, Recommend products, and Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow Company safety training and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
