About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking Team Members to help create a welcoming, positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members promote the brand, provide excellent guest service, help ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company; many General Managers began as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

The position offers a flexible schedule, with bakery hours that allow team members to finish by 3 p.m. Team Members may need to work varied hours and days based on business needs, including early mornings and weekends. The duties may change, and the description is intended to represent the general level of work rather than an exhaustive list. Physical requirements may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but is not required.
