About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly service and helping maintain store standards. The role involves interacting with customers and working with an energetic team on varied tasks throughout the store, both inside and outside. Team members may also work with the store’s food program. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The listed shift availability is days and evenings, and the position is part-time.

Meet the stated physical requirements: stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level; push or pull with the arms up to 20 pounds of force; bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift; and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands. Handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and assist customers with purchases.

Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
