About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at Store 2746464 in South St. Paul, Minnesota. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced store environment, working across different areas of the store, and contributing to its appearance and daily operations. The position offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and assist customers with product sales.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
