About The Position

The Team Manager is part of the bakery-cafe leadership team and helps run successful shifts, develop team members, and maintain guest-facing standards. The role focuses on food quality, service, guest relationships, team performance, food safety, and fostering a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. The position requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Any job offer is conditional upon the results of a background check.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lead shifts and direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification, or ability to achieve certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Ability to communicate clearly and quickly understand directions from guests and associates in a loud environment.
• Successful background check is a condition of any job offer.

• 1 or more years of restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff.
