Team Manager, Enterprise Account Management - (Remote, USA)

TeamViewer Germany GmbH•Tampa, FL

About The Position

TeamViewer is hiring a first-line people manager to lead its Enterprise Account Manager team for the Americas. The team consists of six Account Managers who own existing enterprise customers spending $10K or more in annual recurring revenue. The manager is accountable for gross and net revenue retention, expansion attainment, and the accuracy of the team’s renewal and expansion forecasts. The role focuses entirely on existing customers; new-logo acquisition is handled by Account Executive leadership, while renewals below $10K are managed by the Enterprise Account Specialist team. The manager carries the team’s number, not an individual book of business. The manager coaches and develops the team, manages account assignments and territories, runs forecasting and business reviews, and drives a disciplined renewal process. They also oversee recruiting and onboarding for open seats and coordinate operating agreements and customer handoffs with the Enterprise Account Specialist team. The position partners with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Sales Operations, and Finance to address retention and expansion blockers, while sharing customer and market insights with Product and company leadership. The role is remote within the United States, with regular travel to Tampa and to customers. TeamViewer describes itself as a provider of a Digital Workplace platform and reports more than 1,900 employees worldwide, serving around 645,000 customers.

  • At least 2 years leading a quota-carrying team as a first-line manager.
  • Track record of owning and reporting a team retention or revenue number, with disciplined weekly forecasting and a reputation for accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop account managers or sellers into top performers.
  • Strong commercial judgment on renewals, multi-year structures, pricing, and procurement in mid-size and large organizations.
  • Ability to set and uphold operating agreements with peer leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Salesforce forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and account-planning cadences.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel regularly to Tampa and customers.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Enterprise Account Managers through weekly one-on-ones, call and deal reviews, account-plan reviews, and documented development paths.
  • Own and report gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and expansion attainment across the Americas $10K+ customer book.
  • Run weekly renewal and expansion forecasts by stage and category, present forecasts in the regional forecast call, and hold the team accountable for forecast accuracy.
  • Manage account books and territories, keep each rep below the 40-account cap, rebalance accounts as they grow past $10K, and own account assignments when staffing or territories change.

  • Maintain the operating agreement with the Enterprise Account Specialist team, including timely and Salesforce-confirmed hand-ups of $10K+ accounts and passing down sub-$10K add-ons.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard Account Managers for open seats, using a defined ramp plan and time-to-productivity target.
  • Partner with Enterprise Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Sales Operations, and Finance to remove retention and expansion blockers; bring customer and market insights to Product and leadership.
