This role involves selling to national and regional collision and mechanical chains across the US. It's an enterprise new-business role focused on taking MSOs from initial meetings to signed pilot agreements and then to network-wide contracts. The company has recently secured $50M in Series B funding and is rapidly expanding. This position offers the opportunity to be an early team member, work closely with founders, and have significant ownership. The ideal candidate will enjoy complex deals with multiple stakeholders and have a strong understanding of how parts move through a collision shop.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in B2B software, data, or platform sales, with the ability to detail deal cycles.
  • Experience in the US automotive aftermarket or collision industry, understanding MSO purchasing behavior, parts sourcing, and decision-making processes.
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder selling, building consensus across operations, procurement, IT, and C-suite.
  • Strong pipeline management skills with accurate forecasting and CRM maintenance.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable working in an early-stage market with evolving playbooks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into MSOs or dealer groups for estimating, parts, DMS, or shop management platforms.
  • Experience as an early sales hire at a high-growth company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the MSO pipeline by mapping the US MSO market, prioritizing accounts, and engaging with operations, procurement, and executive levels.
  • Manage complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders across operations, estimating, parts, IT, and finance, from discovery through commercial negotiation.
  • Design and scope pilot programs with Product and Solutions teams, agreeing on measurable success criteria with customers, and using results to secure network-wide rollouts.
  • Partner with MSO Account Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding and achieve weekly active use across all customer sites.
  • Gather and share insights on pricing, objections, integrations, and buying processes to improve future sales cycles.
