Part Time Team Leader
About The Position
The Part Time Team Leader supports the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) in store operations and supervises Sales Associates during their shift. The role helps maintain schedules and store standards, oversees money-handling procedures, and supports merchandising, stockroom organization, ordering, and loss-prevention goals. The hourly wage range is $22.10–$25.30, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, organizational constraints, and factors such as experience, skills, expertise, location, and internal equity. Further remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated when the employment offer is finalized. The workplace is the office, store, or factory specified in the advert. The LEGO Group’s hybrid work model may allow work from home up to two days per week; a People Leader will discuss how the option applies to this role and team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the ASM and SM with holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
- Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and address potential issues appropriately in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM.
- Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets.
- Ensure Sales Associates follow money-handling procedures.
- Maintain a well-organized stockroom, ensure available products are merchandised on the shop floor, and achieve loss-prevention targets.
- Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining a high standard of merchandise presentation in accordance with store guidelines.
