About The Position
Kiokii And is a North American retail platform offering Asian beauty, skincare, cosmetics, accessories, and lifestyle products. The company is opening a new store at Westfarms Shopping Center in West Hartford, Connecticut, and is hiring a Team Lead to help deliver an excellent shopping experience. The Team Lead exemplifies the company’s sales and customer service values and inspires and guides the store team. The role assists store management with daily operations, staff support and training, store standards, customer concerns, sales performance, and store opening and setup.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail experience.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Passion for the Asian beauty industry and willingness to continue learning about products and trends.

Responsibilities
- Assist the store management team in overseeing and coordinating daily store operations and maintaining smooth, efficient workflows.
- Provide direction, support, and training to store associates as needed.
- Maintain store conditions in accordance with company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Support staffing efforts as requested to align with business needs and operations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolve issues, and escalate matters to higher management when necessary.
- Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and key performance metrics.
- Support store opening and setup.
