About The Position
Clarks is seeking a part-time Team Lead to join its retail team at Plaza Rio Hondo in Bayamon. The Team Lead supports store operations and sales, provides customer service, helps coach employees, and serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The role requires extended periods of standing, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Clarks is a footwear company founded in 1825 and based in Somerset, England. Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are properly placed.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
