About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring motivated Team Leads for its Domino’s stores. The role is a leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and may provide a path toward Assistant Manager or General Manager positions. The Team Lead is the go-to person during a shift, helping the store operate smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences. Starting pay is $14 per hour, with an opportunity for an increase with training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
