About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead to help run shifts at a local Domino’s store. The Team Lead serves as the go-to person on shift, helping the store run smoothly and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager, General Manager, or other roles. The store environment is high-energy, fast-paced, and team-focused.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service.
• Make pizzas and prepare food.
• Handle cash and basic store operations.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Support daily store goals and standards.
