About The Position

As a General Manager, you are responsible for the success of the store and the development of its team. You will lead daily operations, coach employees, and ensure customers receive quality products and service. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential. Base salary is based on store sales volume, with a bonus structure.
