About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. This is an opportunity to learn how to run a car wash while supporting the management team and setting an example by exceeding expectations. The role offers professional development and a potential career path toward management positions. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with an opportunity to earn weekly commission. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
