About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring motivated Team Leads for a local Domino’s. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role offers leadership development and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with opportunities for increases through training. Schedules are flexible. The stores are described as high-energy, fast-moving, and team-focused. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities
