About The Position
Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Team Lead to help run store shifts and deliver excellent customer experiences. The role is described as a potential launchpad for advancement, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. Team Leads are the go-to person on shift in a fast-paced, team-focused store environment. The position includes shift leadership as well as food preparation, customer service, cash handling, and support for daily store operations and goals. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
Responsibilities
