About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead to help run Domino’s shifts and keep the store operating smoothly while providing excellent customer experiences. The role is positioned as an opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance toward Assistant Manager, General Manager, or other roles. Team Leads work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and are expected to run a shift at least three times per week. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase through training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
