About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a motivated Team Lead to help run store shifts and deliver excellent customer experiences. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, keeping the store operating smoothly in a fast-paced environment. The role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay starting at $13 per hour with the opportunity for increases with training, paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees. The company promotes from within, and many Assistant Managers and General Managers began as Team Leads.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Positive, customer-focused attitude.
Strong attendance and punctuality.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Nice To Haves

Two years of customer service experience preferred.
One year of restaurant experience preferred.
U.S. work authorization preferred.

Responsibilities
