About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of a Tidal Wave Auto Spa facility and its operations. In this team-oriented role, Team Leads set an example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team. The position offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management roles. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
