As the Team Lead, Workplace Technology & Collaboration, you will you will lead a high-performing team in delivering reliable, user-centric workplace technology solutions that enhance employee productivity and collaboration. This includes managing Microsoft 365, UCC, Audio Visual systems, driving projects, handling escalations, and improving workplace experience through surveys and continuous optimization while ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in workplace technology with 1+ years in team leadership
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of M365, UCC, AV systems, and emerging collaboration tools
  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership style paired with decisiveness and a commitment to excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of workplace technology professionals to deliver exceptional service and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, UCC, and Audio-Visual systems to ensure reliable, secure, and seamless collaboration experiences.
  • Drive workplace experience initiatives, user surveys, and key projects to enhance employee productivity and technology adoption across the organization.
  • Own critical escalations, ensure compliance, and maintain operational stability while supporting budget and roadmap delivery for workplace technologies.
