About The Position

As the Team Lead Supply & Quality, you will have end-to-end responsibility for Supply Chain and Quality Management, from supplier selection to quality release. In this role, you will also experience entrepreneurial freedom: you will lead a five-person team focused on demand planning, procurement, supplier management, QM management, and regulatory affairs. You will actively shape daily business and the strategic development of the supplier and quality network. You will report directly to the COO.

Requirements

Sound knowledge in Supply Chain Management (Demand Planning, 3P Manufacturing, Production Planning).
Experience or insights in Quality Management/Regulatory Affairs, ideally in the FMCG or food environment.
Experience in managing supplier networks.
Deep process understanding of the value chain and ability to quickly understand and coordinate related topics.
Competence in KPI-based steering and performance monitoring.
First leadership experience, ideally cross-functional, paired with strong analytical thinking and communication awareness.
German language skills at least C1 level (written and spoken).
English language skills at least B1/B2 level.

Responsibilities

Operational control of daily supply performance (demand planning, procurement, inventory control) and quality performance (QM, incidents, audits) based on KPIs such as OOS, stock coverage, delivery reliability, and CAPA closure rate.
Technical and disciplinary leadership, including monthly feedback sessions and weeklies.
Identification and implementation of prioritized CI measures across both team areas, and bridging the interface between procurement and quality.
Development of the overall concept for the supplier and quality network (procurement strategy, supplier qualification, QM system, IFS certification, regulatory governance); in operational cooperation with Lead Buyer & Quality Manager.
Regular reporting of team performance to the Head of Operations and communication of relevant topics with proactive solution proposals.
