This role involves discovering training needs and providing coaching, setting daily objectives, motivating the team to achieve monthly targets, suggesting and coordinating team building activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining documentation, and monitoring team performance. You will report on metrics to the VP of Sales. The role also includes prospecting and developing a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, scheduling qualified online demonstrations, and partnering with Account Executives to support sales cycle success. You will use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information. Regular training on Sales, CRM, Target Markets, Product Knowledge, and more is provided.
