This role involves discovering training needs and providing coaching, setting daily objectives, motivating the team to achieve monthly targets, suggesting and coordinating team building activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining documentation, and monitoring team performance. You will report on metrics to the VP of Sales. The role also includes prospecting and developing a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, scheduling qualified online demonstrations, and partnering with Account Executives to support sales cycle success. You will use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account details and contact information. Regular training on Sales, CRM, Target Markets, Product Knowledge, and more is provided. Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience in similar leadership role.
  • Experience with outbound cold-outreach.
  • A deep interest in performance-based roles.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • A capacity and history of setting and achieving measurable goals.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals and to work well under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective problem solving, time management, and organization skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit.
