The Sales Development Team Lead is a player/coach role leading a team of 2 - 3 Sales Development Reps while also carrying their own outreach and pipeline generation responsibilities. You'll be in the trenches prospecting, messaging, and booking meetings alongside your team, while also coaching, developing, and holding them accountable to a high-performance bar. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Executive leadership to build a repeatable, scalable outbound engine refining playbooks, sequences, and targeting strategies as Storesight's go-to-market motion matures. This role is ideal for someone who is already a hands-on manager OR someone who has excelled as an individual contributor SDR and is ready to step into their first leadership role without giving up the parts of the job they're best at.
