Team Lead, Proposal Support (Casual)

Amentum•Chantilly, VA
•$85 - $100

About The Position

Amentum is seeking experienced Defense Intelligence leaders to support its proposal for SIA 3, which provides all-source analysis, collection, targeting, and analytic enablement across DIA regional and functional mission centers. During the proposal phase, the selected candidate will help shape the technical and management approach for an assigned mission center. If the contract is awarded, the candidate may be proposed to serve as a Team Lead, but this casual position does not guarantee a post-award role. Any post-award Team Lead position depends on contract award, customer approval, and a separate offer. After award, the Team Lead would lead the contractor workforce in an assigned DIA mission center; serve as the primary point of contact for center leadership; oversee analytic quality and production; manage staffing and performance; mentor analysts; and coordinate with program leadership and discipline leads to align staffing with mission needs. This is a safety-sensitive position. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug screening, which may include pre-hire screening for marijuana and other federally controlled substances. Employees are expected to uphold Amentum’s safety, quality, procedure-compliance, and drug-and-alcohol policies.
