This is what your day looks like with us: You are the central point of contact for our instructors in the retraining program, because you... lead and develop a team of instructors in the retraining area (focus: IT specialists). support and promote the professional and personal development of your employees. are responsible for and ensure the quality of teaching as well as the continuous development of our teaching concepts and formats. manage the creation, further development, and updating of teaching materials for IT retraining and support IT further training if necessary. work closely with other departments to continuously develop processes, coordination with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), processes, and offerings. have experience in teaching and supporting retraining participants from lessons to project work to support in the application process. In short: You ensure that our retraining is effective – professionally sound and personally supported.

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship, ideally in the IT field, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in IHK-funded retraining and teaching, ideally in supporting and training IT specialists.
Practical professional experience in the IT field.
Sound technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: software development, IT infrastructure, data analysis, process management, or digitalization.
Strong didactic and communication skills and enjoyment of conveying knowledge understandably and practically.
An approachable, appreciative, and participant-oriented attitude.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.

Nice To Haves

Leadership experience or experience in the professional guidance or development of instructors.
AEVO certificate (AdA), Train the Trainer, or a comparable pedagogical qualification.
Experience with digital learning formats and learning management systems.
Experience in the creation and production of teaching content including teaching materials, learning objective tests, exams, exercises, etc.

Responsibilities
